Get the free Emby Server at (required as part of your Emby install). Emby doesn’t provide any content, so you can only access Live TV shared by a server. Nevertheless, the platform features instructions to walk you through the process. You have to configure your TV tuner, add TV guide data, and channel map your lineup to guide data. Some other features, such as Live TV are only available with Premiere. With Emby Premiere this would not make a difference and regardless of user logged in would only be one device to Premiere. Configuring Emby for Live TV streaming is somewhat technical. For library playback, you need to either unlock the app with a small in-app purchase or have an active Emby Premiere subscription.
